Treacle Trove Subscription FAQs
When will my payments be taken?
You will be charged when you subscribe, then your card will be charged on the same day of each month. If you subscribe from 1-20 of the month, you will receive the current month's box, then be billed again on the same day of the following month.
If you subscribe from 20-31 of the month, you will be billed for your first box immediately, then receive your first box when it is shipped on 15th of the following month.
For example - if you subscribe on 22 January, you will be billed immediately, then receive your first box on or around 15 February. You will then be billed on the 22nd of each month from March onwards.
When are boxes shipped?
Boxes are shipped on 15th of each month (or 16th if the 15th falls on a Sunday). All boxes are shipped first class in the UK, or International Standard everywhere else.
If you are outside of the UK, please allow up to three working weeks for delivery, though boxes often arrive much sooner.
My box hasn't arrived! What do I do?
If your box hasn't arrived please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address and email on your account and we will be happy to discuss next steps with you.
There's a problem with some of my goodies. Can I get them fixed or replaced?
Oh no! Don't despair. Please get in touch at email@example.com and we can have a chat about options for repair or replacement. If it's faulty we will always repair/replace free of charge, but may also be able to fix things if you've experienced a mishap, too.
My pal loves the goodies from my box! Can we get more?
Every month's box is a limited run and the main accessory is always exclusive to Treacle Trove boxes. However, there will always be a small number available to order individually in the shop - visit the Treacle Trove collection for details.
