Cancellations and returns
Hello Treacle accept returns and cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order so that I can try to resolve the issue for you.
Conditions of return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If the item arrives damaged or defective please notify us within 7 days. We will require photographic evidence and may request return of the item for review. Hello Treacle will reimburse you the cost of shipping to return the item, should this be required.
To arrange a return:
- Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
We politely request that you request proof of postage when returning items to Hello Treacle. While items are rarely lost in transit, this does sometimes happen and Hello Treacle will not be responsible for losses in transit for returned items.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned goods, provided they are returned in their original condition.

Non-returnable items:
Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Hello Treacle cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products
- Digital downloads
- Undergarments (for health/hygiene reasons)
